Edge of the Light :: Inspired Spaces

INSTEAD OF TREATING THE GLOBAL VILLAGE with care and respect, those TLD registries who sell high volumes of domains to professional spammers and malware operators are aiding and abetting a plague of abuse on the Internet. It is undersigned’s opinion that those registries who pander to those individuals or organizations must be held accountable, perhaps penalized for their actions, which are primarily bottom-line oriented with no consideration for the countless millions of people who suffer the impacts of ‘actions of greed’.

For more insights into this travesty, please read an article ~ The World’s Most Abused TLDs ~ on The Spamhaus Project web site.

Perhaps if enough of us global citizens speak up, action will be taken to stem the tide of abusive, relentless spamming… it serves no purpose and only burdens the Internet by using an excessive number of IPs and domains.

If you agree this is very unfortunate state-of-affairs, please share this post via your social media channel of choice.
