Sunrise on Cowichan Bay Estuary... chilly and beautiful :: InspiredSpaces.netINSPIRATION IS A FORMLESS ESSENCE that can take form in many, many different ways and shapes. Common to all inspirations is a deep and soul-based feeling that is at the root of our human experience. Another word or metaphor that could be used to define inspiration… insight …or ‘sight from within’. Same vision, same origin.

The images shared in this post are a collection of visuals captured one crisp, chilly morning in Cowichan Bay on Vancouver Island, the largest island off the coast of British Columbia. We had the good fortune of witnessing the ‘universe align’ as a beautiful combination of light, water, clouds, mist, trees, pilings and boats. A flight of swans winging their way westward was a fitting closure on our morning out exploring Cowichan Bay.

My companion that morning was my mother-in-law… a fellow lover of Nature… this destination being one of her favoured local haunts to capture essence in the early morning. Since our outing that morning and sharing the lead feature photo via this post on the IS Blog, Facebook and other social channels, the ‘impact of the ripple’ has touched some 600+ people with some overlap by people in common groups.

All who were touched had positive comments about how this image impacted them personally. Glad to see this ‘ripple’!
